This policy explains how AYRVANA and Damerax Cloud Solutions (MSME Registered, Hyderabad) may collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information connected with marketplace discovery, boutique onboarding, inquiry routing, payments, legal compliance, and platform safety.

1. Information We May Collect

• Buyer details such as name, phone number, email, location, inquiry text, product interest, and WhatsApp routing details.
• Seller details such as boutique name, owner/admin name, phone number, email, address, payment details, subscription plan, uploaded content, and business information.
• Technical information such as IP address, device details, browser, cookies, log data, page visits, clicks, and security records.
• Uploaded images, documents, messages, catalogue content, and proof documents submitted for support, onboarding, verification, or takedown review.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate the marketplace, route inquiries to boutiques, provide seller services, process onboarding, manage subscriptions, support payments, detect fraud or misuse, respond to legal requests, handle complaints, remove unsafe content, improve discovery, and communicate with users.

3. Sharing of Information

Buyer inquiry details may be shared with the relevant boutique so the boutique can respond. Information may also be shared with service providers such as hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, communication providers, legal advisors, government authorities, or law enforcement where required or permitted.

4. WhatsApp and External Platforms

When you click or send an inquiry through WhatsApp or another external platform, that third-party platform may collect and process your data under its own policies. AYRVANA does not control third-party privacy practices.

5. Cookies and Logs

We may use cookies, local storage, session data, and server logs for login, preference saving, security, analytics, performance, and fraud prevention.

6. Retention

We may retain account, inquiry, seller, payment, upload, complaint, and log records as long as required for business, security, legal, tax, dispute, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. Content removed from public display may still be retained where needed for investigation or legal defence.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online system is completely secure. Users and sellers must protect their own passwords, devices, WhatsApp accounts, and payment credentials.

8. Your Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or support by contacting us. We may ask for verification before acting on a request and may retain information where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

9. Children

AYRVANA is not intended for children to use independently. Sellers must not upload images or personal data of minors without lawful authority and all required consent.
