Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy

AYRVANA is owned & operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions (MSME Registered, Hyderabad, India). This policy covers AYRVANA/Damerax seller subscription and onboarding payments. Buyer payments made directly to boutiques are governed by the boutique's own terms.
1. Seller Subscription Payments
Seller plans, monthly maintenance, launch offers, onboarding fees, add-on services, and promotional services may be collected through Damerax, Razorpay, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Activation may require payment verification.
2. No Guaranteed Sales
Subscription payments are for marketplace access, listing tools, digital presence, onboarding, maintenance, and related services. AYRVANA does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, ranking, impressions, campaign placement, buyer conversion, or business results.
3. Cancellations
Sellers may request cancellation or non-renewal by contacting support. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for work already done, listing access already provided, setup completed, campaign visibility used, or maintenance period already started.
4. Refunds
Unless a written offer states otherwise, setup fees, onboarding fees, monthly maintenance, campaign fees, and subscription fees are non-refundable after activation, work commencement, or access provisioning. Any goodwill refund is at AYRVANA/Damerax discretion and may exclude gateway charges, taxes, banking fees, and work already completed.
5. Payment Gateway Issues
Failed payments, duplicate payments, chargebacks, bank delays, gateway outages, and settlement issues may be subject to the payment provider's timelines and policies. Users must provide transaction ID, date, amount, phone/email, and screenshot for support.
6. Buyer-Boutique Payments
AYRVANA is not responsible for payments made by buyers directly to boutiques through WhatsApp, UPI, bank transfer, cash, cards, payment links, or other channels unless AYRVANA has expressly agreed in writing to handle that payment.
