AYRVANA is owned & operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions (MSME Registered, Hyderabad, India). Use this page to report alleged copyright, trademark, design-right, privacy, publicity-right, likeness, impersonation, AI lookalike, or unauthorised image concerns.
1. How to Send a Complaint
Email support@damerax.com with the subject line "AYRVANA Takedown Request" and include:
- Your full name, organisation name if any, email, phone number, and address.
- The exact AYRVANA URL of the listing, image, boutique, or content complained of.
- A clear description of the right allegedly violated.
- Proof that you own or are authorised to act for the relevant right, person, brand, model, or content owner.
- For likeness/privacy complaints, proof of identity and explanation of why the image is unauthorised or harmful.
- For copyright/trademark complaints, registration details if available, original source links, and screenshots.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorised or unlawful.
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
2. What We May Do
We may remove or disable access to content, ask the seller for proof, preserve records, forward the complaint to the seller, request more information, restore content if the complaint is not supported, suspend repeat violators, or take any other step we consider appropriate.
3. Emergency or High-Risk Requests
If the complaint involves a private person's image, minor, non-consensual image, impersonation, deepfake, safety risk, court order, law enforcement request, or serious privacy concern, mark the email as "URGENT". We may temporarily disable content while reviewing.
4. False or Bad-Faith Complaints
Submitting false, misleading, malicious, or bad-faith complaints may result in refusal, account restrictions, or legal action. The complainant is responsible for the accuracy of the complaint.
5. Seller Counter-Information
A seller whose content is removed may be asked to provide ownership proof, licence proof, model release, consent record, AI-generation proof, source files, invoices, or other supporting documents. AYRVANA is not required to restore content where risk remains.
