1. Third-Party Boutique Content

Listings, images, descriptions, prices, offers, stock availability, measurements, design claims, model images, AI-generated images, and boutique information may be supplied by boutique owners or other third parties. We do not guarantee that such content is accurate, complete, lawful, current, non-infringing, or suitable for any purpose.

2. AI and Lookalike Image Risk

Images on the platform may be AI-generated, edited, enhanced, uploaded by sellers, or used as design references. Any resemblance to an actual living or deceased person, public figure, model, celebrity, influencer, private individual, or brand asset may be coincidental or caused by third-party upload/generation. The uploader is solely responsible for rights, permissions, releases, and lawful use. AYRVANA does not accept responsibility for identity, likeness, publicity-right, privacy, deepfake, copyright, trademark, or design-right claims arising from third-party uploads.

3. Product Representation

Colours, embroidery, fabrics, sizing, finishing, fit, availability, and final delivered designs may vary due to photography, lighting, screen settings, handmade production, customization, fabric sourcing, or boutique execution. Buyers must confirm all details directly with the boutique before payment or order confirmation.

4. Direct Buyer-Seller Dealings

Any transaction, negotiation, payment, delivery, return, exchange, alteration, refund, or complaint after an inquiry is routed is between the buyer and boutique. AYRVANA is not liable for seller actions, buyer actions, WhatsApp conversations, off-platform commitments, payment failures, gateway issues, or delivery disputes.

5. External Links and Gateways

The platform may link to WhatsApp, payment gateways, seller websites, social media pages, courier services, or third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, outages, errors, losses, or transactions.

6. No Warranty

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, content accuracy, marketplace performance, sales results, lead volume, search ranking, image legality, or suitability of any boutique, buyer, product, or service.

7. Takedown Cooperation

If you believe an image or listing violates your rights, privacy, likeness, copyright, trademark, or lawful interest, please use the IP and Takedown Policy. We may remove or disable content while reviewing a complaint, without admitting liability.
