Acceptable Use and Content Policy

AYRVANA is owned & operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions (MSME Registered, Hyderabad, India). This policy applies to all buyers, sellers, boutique admins, agencies, uploaders, and visitors using AYRVANA.

1. You Must Not Use AYRVANA To

• Upload, display, transmit, sell, or promote illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, harmful, misleading, fake, or privacy-invasive content.
• Impersonate any person, boutique, brand, celebrity, influencer, public figure, platform, or organisation.
• Upload viruses, malicious scripts, spam, scraping tools, fake leads, or abusive automation.
• Collect user data without permission or misuse buyer/seller contact details.
• Misrepresent prices, discounts, stock, fabric, delivery time, refunds, warranties, product origin, or design ownership.

2. Marketplace Trust Rules

Listings must be truthful, respectful, lawful, and suitable for a boutique marketplace. Sellers must maintain accurate contact details and respond responsibly to customer inquiries.

3. Safety and Legal Compliance

Users must comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, advertising, tax, and information technology laws. AYRVANA may cooperate with lawful government, court, law-enforcement, or cybersecurity requests.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend access, disable accounts, preserve records, or report matters where we believe there is legal, safety, fraud, privacy, or marketplace trust risk.
