AI and Uploaded Content Policy

AYRVANA is owned & operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions (MSME Registered, Hyderabad, India). This policy is designed to reduce risk from seller-uploaded images, AI-generated images, edited images, lookalike visuals, model photos, customer images, catalogue references, and third-party creative material.

1. Uploader Responsibility

The person or boutique uploading content is solely responsible for making sure the content is lawful, accurate, non-misleading, and properly authorised. Uploading content means the uploader confirms they have all required rights, permissions, licences, consents, releases, and approvals.

2. AI-Generated or AI-Edited Content

AI-generated or AI-edited visuals may be used only if they do not mislead buyers and do not violate any person's rights. Sellers must not use AI to impersonate, imitate, or commercially exploit a living person, celebrity, influencer, public figure, model, private individual, or competitor without lawful authority.

3. Likeness and Living Person Risk

If an uploaded or AI-generated image resembles a living person, the uploader must confirm that they have all required permissions and that the image does not violate privacy, publicity, defamation, consumer protection, platform, or applicable law. AYRVANA does not verify every image for resemblance to real people and does not accept responsibility for such resemblance.

4. Product Accuracy

AI visuals, sample images, inspiration images, edited images, mockups, and reference images must not be presented as exact finished products unless they truly represent the actual product being offered. Sellers must explain material differences to buyers before payment.

5. Prohibited Content

• Images copied from another boutique, brand, designer, photographer, marketplace, social media page, or model portfolio without permission.
• Images that use a person's face, body, likeness, voice, name, or identity without lawful rights.
• Deepfake, impersonation, deceptive endorsement, fake celebrity wearing, or fake influencer promotion content.
• Content involving minors without lawful authority and consent.
• Obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, unsafe, or privacy-invasive content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, design rights, trade dress, publicity rights, or privacy rights.

6. Platform Rights

AYRVANA may remove, blur, disable, de-rank, reject, or suspend any content or boutique if we receive a complaint or believe content creates legal, reputational, safety, marketplace, or customer trust risk. Removal is a safety action and is not an admission of liability.

7. Reporting Content

To report an image or listing, email support@damerax.com with the page URL, screenshot, reason for complaint, proof of identity or rights, and contact details.
